Product details: Islamic Home Financing to assist in purchase of a house. 

Nationality / Residency Requirements: All citizens residing in Pakistan and holding a valid CNIC (not expired)

Minimum Financing Amount: PKR 5 Lakhs

Maximum Financing Amount:  PKR 25 Lakhs

Maximum Trellis Contribution: 85%

Minimum Customer Contribution: 15%

Income Requirements (Monthly):

Minimum: PKR 20,000

Maximum: PKR 150,000

Age Requirements:

Minimum: 25 years

Maximum: 60 years

Minimum Loan Tenor: 5 years

Maximum Loan Tenor: 25 years

Financing Type: Shariah Compliant

Product Details: Islamic Home Financing to assist in buying a plot and construct on it or just construct your own plot.
