Stamp Paper Fees: These are dependent on the amount of financing you are availing and the province you are residing in. These will be collected prior to printing of the financing agreements.

Legal Fees: Approximate legal Fees are PKR 25,000. Fees vary by province and complexity of property documentation process in the area the property is located.The Legal Fees Include the following: Stage I Opinion, 1 Search Certificate of the property, CTC of the last document, Ban List Check, Mortgage Deed Supervision, retrieval of Conveyance/Sale Deed for Trellis, retrieval of Mortgage Deed for Trellis, Stage II Final Opinion.

Property Valuation Fees: Fees are approximately PKR 5,000. Fees are dependant on location and vendor.

Income Estimation Fees: Fees are only applicable to other income and Business Owner / Self-Employed Professionals. They are approximately PKR 5,000. Fees are dependent on location and vendor.

Please note: The client/seller of the property is responsible for all other legal fees, brokerage charges, Land Authority/Registrar fees/taxes/duties relating to the purchase of the property.
